FIELD FORGE 3D — PRODUCT LICENSE

This license accompanies every digital design file (.scad / .stl / .3mf) and
every physical printed item sold by Field Forge 3D ("the Designs"). By
downloading or purchasing, you ("the Buyer") agree to the terms below. If you
do not agree, do not download, print, or use the Designs.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO
------------------------------------------------------------------------
A. PERSONAL USE (included with every purchase)
   - Print the Designs for your own personal, non-commercial use.
   - Modify the parametric files to fit your own needs.
   - Make as many prints as you like for yourself, family, and friends
     (no charge to them).

B. COMMERCIAL / MAKER USE (only if you bought a "Commercial License" or a
   physical item explicitly sold with resale rights)
   - Print and SELL physical copies of the item you licensed.
   - You may sell finished prints at local markets, online, or to clients.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO (all license tiers)

   - Do NOT resell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the
     DIGITAL files (.scad/.stl/.3mf), modified or not. The digital file is
     licensed to you alone.
   - Do NOT upload the Designs to any file-sharing site, marketplace, model
     repository, or AI training dataset.
   - Do NOT claim authorship of the Designs.
   - Personal-use buyers may NOT sell printed copies. Buy a Commercial
     License to do that.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

   Printed items are made to order. You own the physical object you buy and
   may use or resell that specific object. Buying a printed item does NOT
   grant rights to the digital file or to reproduce the design.

4. NO WARRANTY
------------------------------------------------------------------------
   The Designs are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. 3D
   printing results vary by printer, material, and settings. Field Forge 3D
   is not liable for failed prints, wasted material, injury, or any damages
   arising from use of the Designs. Verify fit and suitability before relying
   on any part — especially load-bearing, flight, or field-equipment use.

5. NOT FOR SAFETY-CRITICAL USE
------------------------------------------------------------------------
   These parts are hobby/utility grade. Do not use them where failure could
   cause injury or loss (e.g. sole structural support of aircraft, life
   safety, or certified survey equipment) without your own engineering
   validation.

6. UPGRADING
------------------------------------------------------------------------
   To add commercial/resale rights to a design you bought for personal use,
   add the Commercial License on the Field Forge 3D Gumroad store
   (connerhunt.gumroad.com).
