Questions, answered
The stuff makers actually ask before buying — straight, no fine-print games.
What exactly do I get when I buy a file?
A digital download with the editable .scad source and a print-ready .stl, delivered instantly through Gumroad after payment — plus a print guide. The .scad is the parametric source: change one number and regenerate the size you need. Everything is digital — nothing ships.
Will these actually print on my machine?
Yes — designed for any typical 0.4 mm-nozzle FDM printer (Bambu X1C / P1S / A1 or Ender-class). Each design comes with a print guide (recommended orientation, layer height, walls, infill, supports, and material). Most parts print support-free; the guide flags the few two-color or watertight items up front.
Will it fit my gear? (hoods, mounts, knobs)
Every listing lists its key dimensions — compare them to your hardware first. And because the files are parametric, you don't wait on a custom size: open the .scad, change the number, and regenerate the part to fit your exact hardware.
What software do I need to use the files?
To print as-is, any slicer — Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, Cura, PrusaSlicer — opens the included .stl directly. To change dimensions, open the .scad in OpenSCAD (free), edit the labeled parameters, and export a new STL. The print guide walks you through it.
What material should I print these in?
For desk and indoor parts, PLA is easy and looks great. For anything outdoors or in heat — drone, survey, and ag gear — print in PETG or ASA for UV and temperature resistance. Two-tone targets just need a filament swap at one layer; each guide lists recommended settings.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods can't be returned, so sales are final once downloaded — but if a file is broken, won't open, or isn't as described, reach us through Gumroad within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund. Every order runs through Gumroad's secure checkout with its standard buyer protection.
Can I sell prints I make from these files?
Every purchase includes a personal-use license — print for yourself, family and friends. A one-time Commercial License per design (to sell the finished prints) is available as an add-on on our Gumroad store. Either way you may never resell or share the files themselves.
Still unsure about fit? Every listing shows its key dimensions, and the parametric .scad lets you match your exact hardware before you print.
