Field Forge 3D
● About Field Forge 3D

Built by people who actually work the ground.

Field Forge 3D makes practical tools for mapping and managing land — a 3D farm mapper, a plain-language seasonal weather and planning app, and parametric 3D-print files for drone mapping, survey, and precision ag. Everything we ship is shaped by real field days, not a whiteboard.

Why we exist

Field Forge 3D grew out of real fieldwork. Long days flying drone-mapping and survey missions over farmland kept surfacing the same two frustrations: the mapping software was bloated and priced for big enterprises, and the small gear that makes a mapping day run smoothly — ground-control targets, antenna mounts, scale bars — either didn't exist off the shelf or never quite fit the hardware on hand.

So we started building our own, designed around how the work actually happens: a mapping tool for device records and downloaded maps in the truck, and print files you can size to your exact gear and run off for the cost of a little filament. For offline map work, download and check your maps before leaving service. Our tools are built around practical field use and clear limits.

What we make

Ranch Mapper — farm software

Map any ground in 3D on real terrain, measure acreage from the boundary you draw, mark your wells and gates, track yields by season, and export supported records as CSV or GeoJSON, with separate backups for device records and private assets. Free while in beta.

Pacific Signal — weather context

Follow official NOAA seasonal outlooks, current drought conditions, and an on-demand 72-hour NWS field forecast. Turn on Explain it simply for a practical short version without the meteorology vocabulary.

3D-print files

Parametric, instant-download designs for drone mapping & survey — GCP and coded photogrammetry targets, RTK mounts, scale bars, and more. Every file is an editable .scad plus a print-ready .stl.
